The Kinsale College of Further Education runs a two year instructor training course.
The course covers the following sports kayaking, Sailing,Windsurfing,Rock Climbing ,Orienteering and First Aid, The course is run by a very professional team of Instructors Jeff,Shane &Tadgh. Ammie, Laura & Cloudy in the short films have only being paddling since September. Ciaran in the third film is a 2nd year he Stuart & Dan passed there Level 4 on the Gearhameen last week. Its great to see people taking up kayaking with such buzz.

I recently joined a
bunch of super people on a 15 day winter expedition down the mighty Grand Canyon .

We woke up some mornings to find Ice all over our gear. When the sun got down to the canyon floor it was great . Some days we were in our shorts playing epic volley ball matches . The next time we go down the canyon we are bringing a ref.
